Our fees ?
Our standard call out fee is £67. (Exclusions may apply*)
*(For properties exceeding the below distances from Ta126hd then the additional fees apply -
10 miles = £15
20 miles = £30)
*(Should an additional return visit be required for repair of appliance then the above additional fees also apply minus the initial call out charge of £67)
So what does this include ?
- Safety check of electrical supply and appliance pre and post repair.
- Diagnosis of fault.
- Appliance repair where possible (should a return visit be required due to ordering of replacment parts then no additional fee will be charged).
- Six month warranty of repair including parts and labour.
*(Excluded from our call out fee, refrigeration re gas and refrigeration compressor replacement. We cannot guarantee a successful outcome for these repairs and will be discussed prior to repair commencement. Standard call out fee of £67 still applies.)
